Design is my passion and since 2010 I have been creating bespoke contemporary furniture. It was during my art foundation year that it became clear to me that creating and designing bespoke products fuelled my imagination and was the path I wished to pursue. This culminated in a first class honours degree in Furniture and Product Design from The Nottingham Trent University.
My design philosophy is to create pieces that cannot be found on the high street. I pride myself on designing unique and beautiful products with a creative edge from wonderful pieces of wood. My work achieves a wonderful blend and balance of contemporary design and quality workmanship.
I predominantly work with oak, ash and walnut but take commissions for a whole range of woods. I take crisp clean panels of beautiful seasoned wood and add my design flair to create one-off distinctive pieces of furniture. I also have a beautiful hand crafted gift range which has evolved and has been inspired by my furniture designs and trade mark style.
My reputation has organically grown from word of mouth when I first started, to UK wide through my website, various social media channels, shows and events. However one thing remains the same, each item that I make is an individual piece designed and created for you, from your brief, by me.
